Cynthia L. Cartledge is bond and legal counsel to state agencies and communities, including the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank, the Alaska Student Loan Corporation and the University of Alaska. She assists these entities in issuing a variety of taxable and tax-exempt debt obligations. Ms. Cartledge also represents underwriters and banking institutions (both national and local) in public finance transactions.

In addition, Ms. Cartledge serves as legal counsel to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation in multi-family mortgage loan transactions, including low income housing tax credit projects and special needs projects. As legal counsel, she assembles the project loan documentation and reviews financial, securitization and title matters. Ms. Cartledge also provides legal counsel to Alaska communities on a broad range of municipal issues.
