We represent clients on a wide range of property issues including complex multi-family tax credit transactions. Clients include state agencies, corporations, real estate partnerships, municipal governments, nonprofit corporations, and private individuals. We negotiate and close real estate transactions on behalf of lenders, sellers and purchasers involving office buildings, multi-family apartment complexes, industrial facilities, single family homes, and raw land. We also prepare loan closing documents and review title matters for these transactions. We provide a full range of services needed for real estate sales, leases, and lease/purchase transactions for municipal governments and other public agencies, private corporations, partnerships, non-profit corporations, sole proprietorships, and private individuals. Many real estate transactions now raise environmental contamination concerns and the allocation of environmental risks for contamination and allocation of clean-up costs. We prepare environmental indemnification agreements as part of certain complex real estate transactions.
